संसद द्वारा अनुमोदित होने पर, अनुच्छेद 356 के तहत राष्ट्रपति शासन की उद्घोषणा प्रारंभ में कितनी अवधि के लिए प्रभावी रहती है?

Read the following statements in relation to the 'Basic Structure Doctrine' debate and choose the correct code: A. This doctrine posits that certain fundamental principles and essential features of the Constitution are beyond the reach of amendment by Parliament. B. The Supreme Court evolved this doctrine in the Kesavananda Bharati case. C. A major point of debate with the basic structure doctrine is that it is not explicitly mentioned in the Constitution.

Assertion (A): A Constitution has to be a living thing, living not for one or two generations but for succeeding generations of men and women. Reason (R): The provisions of the Indian Constitution are couched in general terms, for the great generalities of the Constitution have a content and significance that vary from age to age and have, at the same time, transcendental continuity.
