लोकसभा की पात्रता: भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 84(b) के अनुसार, लोकसभा का सदस्य (सांसद) बनने के लिए न्यूनतम आयु 25 वर्ष निर्धारित की गई है।
अन्य सदनों की आयु:
राज्यसभा और विधान परिषद के सदस्य बनने के लिए न्यूनतम आयु 30 वर्ष है।
स्थानीय निकाय (जैसे पंचायत और नगरपालिका) का चुनाव लड़ने के लिए न्यूनतम आयु 21 वर्ष है।
