राज्यसभा सत्रों की अध्यक्षता भारत के उपराष्ट्रपति द्वारा की जाती है।
मुख्य बिंदु:
भारतीय संविधान के अनुसार, देश का उपराष्ट्रपति पदेन (Ex-officio) राज्यसभा का सभापति होता है।
