भारतीय संविधान में आपातकालीन प्रावधान (Emergency Provisions) जर्मनी के वाइमर (Weimar) संविधान से लिए गए हैं।

संवैधानिक भाग: भारतीय संविधान के भाग XVIII (18) में अनुच्छेद 352 से 360 तक आपातकालीन प्रावधानों का उल्लेख किया गया है।

राष्ट्रीय आपातकाल: अनुच्छेद 352
राष्ट्रपति शासन (राज्यों में संवैधानिक तंत्र की विफलता): अनुच्छेद 356
वित्तीय आपातकाल: अनुच्छेद 360
जर्मनी का प्रभाव: आपातकाल के दौरान नागरिकों के मौलिक अधिकारों के स्थगन (Suspension) की शक्ति जर्मनी के संविधान से ही प्रेरित है।
