भारतीय संविधान के किस अनुच्छेद में प्रेस की स्वतंत्रता अंतर्निहित है?
मूल अधिकार: भारतीय संविधान के भाग-3 (अनुच्छेद 12 से
- 35) में नागरिकों को मौलिक अधिकार प्रदान किए गए हैं।
वाक् और अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता: संविधान के अनुच्छेद 19(1)(ए) के तहत सभी नागरिकों को भाषण और अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता का अधिकार दिया गया है।
