व्याख्या
भारतीय संविधान में समानता का अधिकार अनुच्छेद 14 से 18 के तहत सुनिश्चित किया गया है।
मुख्य बिंदु:
अनुच्छेद 14: विधि के समक्ष समानता और विधियों का समान संरक्षण।
अनुच्छेद 15: धर्म, मूलवंश, जाति, लिंग या जन्म स्थान के आधार पर भेदभाव का निषेध।
अनुच्छेद 16: लोक नियोजन (सरकारी नौकरियों) के विषयों में अवसर की समानता।
अनुच्छेद 17: अस्पृश्यता (छुआछूत) का अंत और उसका किसी भी रूप में आचरण निषेध।
अनुच्छेद 18: सेना या विद्या संबंधी सम्मान को छोड़कर उपाधियों का अंत।
