अनुच्छेद 63
व्याख्या
भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 63 के तहत भारत के उपराष्ट्रपति के पद का प्रावधान किया गया है।
अनुच्छेद 63: इसके अनुसार, "भारत का एक उपराष्ट्रपति होगा।"
पदेन सभापति: अनुच्छेद 64 के तहत, उपराष्ट्रपति राज्य सभा का पदेन सभापति (Ex-officio Chairman) होता है और वह किसी अन्य लाभ के पद को धारण नहीं करता।
