भारतीय संविधान की सातवीं अनुसूची केंद्र और राज्यों के बीच शक्तियों के बँटवारे (विभाजन) से संबंधित है।
इसके तहत शक्तियों को तीन सूचियों में विभाजित किया गया है:
संघ सूची (Union List): इस पर केंद्र सरकार कानून बनाती है।
राज्य सूची (State List): इस पर राज्य सरकारें कानून बनाती हैं।
समवर्ती सूची (Concurrent List): इस पर केंद्र और राज्य दोनों कानून बना सकते हैं।
