योजना का उद्देश्य: इस योजना के तहत संसद सदस्यों (MPs) को अपने निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में स्थानीय स्तर की विकासात्मक और टिकाऊ संपत्तियों के निर्माण के लिए कार्य संस्तुति करने की अनुमति दी जाती है।
कार्यान्वयन: इसकी शुरुआत दिसंबर 1993 में की गई थी, जिसके तहत प्रत्येक सांसद को अपने क्षेत्र में विकास कार्यों हेतु एक निश्चित राशि मिलती है।
