भारत में संसदीय सत्र के दौरान आम तौर पर प्रथम कार्यवाही प्रश्न काल (Question Hour) होती है।
मुख्य बिंदु:
संसद के दोनों सदनों (लोकसभा और राज्यसभा) की प्रत्येक बैठक का पहला घंटा 'प्रश्न काल' के लिए निर्धारित होता है।
इस दौरान सांसद सरकार के कामकाज और नीतियों से संबंधित विभिन्न मुद्दों पर मंत्रियों से मौखिक या लिखित प्रश्न पूछते हैं और सरकार से जवाब मांगते हैं।
