स्पष्टीकरण:
भारतीय न्याय प्रणाली एक एकीकृत और पदानुक्रमित (Hierarchical) प्रणाली है, जिसका अर्थ है कि शीर्ष पर सर्वोच्च न्यायालय है और इसके अधीन अन्य न्यायालय कार्य करते हैं।
सही अधिक्रम (Hierarchy):
सर्वोच्च न्यायालय (Supreme Court): यह भारत का सबसे बड़ा और शीर्ष अपीलीय न्यायालय है, जो नई दिल्ली में स्थित है।
उच्च न्यायालय (High Court): यह राज्य स्तर का सर्वोच्च न्यायालय होता है, जो सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के अधीन लेकिन अधीनस्थ न्यायालयों से ऊपर होता है।
अधीनस्थ न्यायालय (Subordinate Courts): इसमें जिला न्यायालय और अन्य निचली अदालतें आती हैं जो सबसे निचले स्तर पर होती हैं।
