भारत के संविधान का 73वां संशोधन अधिनियम, 1992 पंचायती राज प्रणाली से संबंधित है।
इस संशोधन के माध्यम से संविधान में भाग IX और अनुच्छेद 243 से 243-O जोड़े गए, तथा 11वीं अनुसूची को शामिल किया गया जिसमें पंचायतों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आने वाले 29 विषयों का उल्लेख है।
इसके द्वारा देश में त्रि-स्तरीय (ग्राम, ब्लॉक और जिला स्तर पर) पंचायती राज व्यवस्था को संवैधानिक दर्जा प्रदान किया गया।
