- FBT) एक ऐसा कर था जो नियोक्ताओं (Employers) द्वारा अपने कर्मचारियों को वेतन या मजदूरी के अतिरिक्त दिए जाने वाले अनुलाभों (Fringe Benefits) पर लगाया जाता था।
इसकी शुरुआत केंद्रीय बजट 2005-06 में तत्कालीन वित्त मंत्री द्वारा की गई थी।
हालांकि, बाद में कर प्रशासन को सरल बनाने और विवादों को कम करने के लिए वित्तीय वर्ष 2009-10 में इसे समाप्त कर दिया गया था।
