भारतीय संविधान का अनुच्छेद 243K (अनुच्छेद 243 के) राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग (State Election Commission) के गठन और पंचायतों के चुनावों के अधीक्षण, निर्देशन व नियंत्रण का अधिकार प्रदान करता है।
