प्रमुख नहरें: उनके द्वारा बनवाई गई सबसे प्रसिद्ध नहर यमुना नदी से हिसार तक पानी पहुँचाने वाली 'राजवाहा' (उलूग खानी) नहर थी, इसके अलावा सतलुज नदी से भी नहर निकाली गई थी।
कृषि सुधार: इन नहरों के निर्माण से हरियाणा और आसपास के शुष्क क्षेत्रों में सिंचाई की सुविधा में अभूतपूर्व सुधार हुआ था।
