What mechanism is provided by the Constitution to resolve a deadlock between the two Houses of Parliament over an Ordinary Bill?
- 1The matter is referred to the Supreme Court
- 2A Joint Sitting of both Houses is summoned✓
- 3The President takes the final decision
- 4The Bill lapses automatically
Correct answer
A Joint Sitting of both Houses is summoned
Explanation
