महत्व: इस समझौते को 'हिन्दू-मुश्लिम एकता' के प्रतीक के रूप में देखा गया और इसने ब्रिटिश सरकार पर संवैधानिक सुधारों के लिए दबाव बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।
