If the weights of two more people, 'D' and 'E', are added, the overall average reduces by 2 kg. If the average weight of 'D' and 'E' is 18 kg, find the value of 'm'. Quantity-II: A bag contains coins of Rs. 1, Rs. 2, and Rs. 5 denominations in the ratio 2 : 3 : 1 respectively. The total value of all the coins is Rs. 52. If the total value of all Rs. 2 coins in the bag is Rs. (n + 4), find the value of 'n'.
