Read the following passage carefully and answer the question based on it: The growing number of young people who are unable to find a job has become one of our society's most pressing issues. Young people, despite having access to higher education than ever before, commonly remain outside the workforce in areas of stable and meaningful employment as a result of mismatches between labour market skills and the education level, the role of automation, and the lack of job creation. The inability of youth to obtain jobs creates lost productivity, contributes to psychological distress, and creates a sense of alienation from society. Long-term unemployment will result in delays in financial independence and limit upward mobility. Addressing this issue requires a systematic and structured approach that links educational institutions with the demands of the labour market, increases access to vocational and digital training, and provides access to inclusive economic opportunities. Any successful policy intervention must therefore combine education, business, and government in order to produce young people who possess the academic knowledge to work as well as the skills necessary for sustained social and economic growth. What is the primary reason for the essential collaboration among educational institutions, businesses, and government entities?
