मुख्य बिंदु:
यह संधि ब्रिटिश ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी और होलकर राजवंश (मराठा साम्राज्य) के बीच हुई थी।
तृतीय आंग्ल-मराठा युद्ध में होलकर सेना की हार के बाद 6 जनवरी 1818 को इस संधि पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए थे।
इस संधि के तहत मराठों ने अंग्रेजों की सर्वोच्चता स्वीकार कर ली थी और अपनी रियासत में ब्रिटिश नियंत्रण को मंजूरी दी थी।
