In the context of the Mughal ruling class and administration, who were referred to as 'Shaikhzadas' or 'Hindustanis'?

Which Mughal Emperor appointed 'Muhtasibs' (officers to enforce public morality and Islamic laws)?

Consider the following statements regarding the drawbacks of the Mughal public service under Akbar: 1. The lack of guaranteed fixity of tenure in the imperial service fostered court intrigues and occasionally led to the neglect of official duties. 2. The recruitment, promotion, and dismissal of officers were strictly governed by regular and well-defined rules, contributing to its highly organized nature. 3. The financial obligations on officers were severely amplified by the heavy costs involved in maintaining their fixed quota of troops and auxiliaries. 4. To sustain their exorbitant spending on luxuries, banquets, and gifts, the average officers often resorted to exploiting the impoverished masses. Which of the statements given above are correct?
