One floor is vacant. Amy lives on the 5th floor. No floor below the 5th floor is vacant, and no odd-numbered floor is vacant. Only Dev lives between Glen and Avy. Avy does not live on an odd-numbered floor. Ben does not live on the bottom-most floor, and there are exactly two floors between Ben and Avy. Who lives on the floor immediately below Dev?
