Mathematics · Aptitude and Calculations
Evaluate the following two quantities to find the relationship between them: Quantity I: A train 'P' crosses a pole in 15 seconds and a platform of length 768 metres in 39 seconds. Another train 'Q' has a length equal to one-third of the length of train 'P' and its speed is 50% more than that of train 'P'. If 'T' is the time taken in seconds by train 'Q' to completely cross train 'P' while travelling in the same direction, find the value of 'T'. Quantity II: The speed of a stream is (z + 1) km/h, where 'z' is the smallest two-digit prime number. The time taken by a boat to cover 126 km downstream and 150 km upstream is 4 hours. If the time taken by the boat to cover 48 km in still water is 'b' minutes, find the value of 'b'.
- 1Quantity I > Quantity II✓
- 2Quantity I ≥ Quantity II
- 3Quantity I = Quantity II or Relation cannot be established
- 4Quantity II ≥ Quantity I
