Based on the passage below, evaluate the given statement: 'Due to the Tsunami in Indonesia, it is feared that its next deadly wave can prove dangerous for endangered Javan rhinos who live in the world. It is believed that such 70 endangered species in the Ujung Kulon National Park is not far more than the volcano blowing up the Tsunami. However, no animal died in this calamity, but more than 400 people were killed in it. But officials have warned that the next Tsunami can completely destroy this area. This warning is pressurizing the National Park conservationists to find another resident for the rhinos. Work has been done for nearly eight years on the plan to find another habitation for species, in which conservationists conducted many surveys on Java and its adjacent Sumatra but have not been successful in it yet. Loose skin layers of this shy nature creature in thousands of numbers in South East Asia make a shadow of a shield. But like the other rhino's species in the world, their number has fallen drastically due to poaching and human encroachment. Despite the lack of scientific evidence of the medicinal value of rhinoceros horn, rhino horn can be used in traditional Asian medicines, which gets high prices in the black market.' Statement: 'Human encroachment is the only reason for the decline in the population of rhinos.'
