Based on the following selection criteria for a female receptionist role, determine the status of the candidate: a) Passed HSC examination in first class with at least 60% marks. b) Passed +2 in any discipline with at least 55% marks. c) Completed a certificate/diploma/degree course in computer science. d) Age not less than 22 years and not more than 30 years as on 1.1.2014. Exceptions: I) If condition (b) is unmet but has 1 year experience, refer to Executive Director (ED). II) If condition (c) is unmet but studied computer science in the regular curriculum, refer to Vice President. Candidate Profile: Julia has a diploma course in computers. Her academics are first class (above 60%). Her age is 32 years, she can do marketing, and is ready to deposit Rs. 10,000 as security.
